This 100,000 sf historic tax credit renovation comprised of 32 lofts and 60,000sf of commercial space was winner of the 2007 “Preserve Missouri Award” for outstanding preservation & rehabilitation of a historical building for the Matt Miller Company. Placed in Service in 2006.
