The Monroe
The Monroe is a 122-bed apartment building located on Missouri State University’s campus in Springfield, Missouri. This green “rent-by-the-bed” project was LEED designed. Missouri State University bought The Monroe from Miller O’Reilly in December 2012. Placed in Service in 2011.
