Forest Park Apartments
This project was awarded state, historic, and low-income housing tax credits to rebuild 32 multifamily rental units that were destroyed by a tornado in Joplin, Missouri. The energy-efficient design will meet green scoring tool standards for National Green Building. Placed in Service in 2013.
